FAQ.

Is this a real swimming pool?

Yes. It is being built in a real residential backyard in Southern California.

What if the pool never gets built?

Sponsorships are paid upfront and held. If demolition of the existing pool has not begun by June 30, 2027, every sponsor is refunded in full, automatically — no request needed, no partial credit, no deduction. Once demolition begins, sponsorships are non-refundable and your placement is installed after construction is complete, with your 365-day term starting then.

How big is the pool?

The current plan is 33 × 15 ft, with an integrated spa and Baja shelf. Final dimensions may change slightly during engineering, permitting or construction.

How many advertising spaces are available?

77 total: 1 title position, 4 anchor positions (2 pool-floor, 1 Baja shelf, 1 spa), 4 corner units, 36 perimeter units and 32 tile units.

Can I buy multiple perimeter spaces?

Yes. Adjacent units in the same tier can be combined. Tile units combine only with adjacent Tile units, and Perimeter units combine only with adjacent Perimeter units.

Can the deadline be extended?

Once, by up to 90 days, and only with your written consent. We'll notify every sponsor at least 30 days before June 30, 2027. You'll have 14 days to respond. If you don't consent — or don't respond — you're refunded in full.

How long does my sponsorship last?

Your physical placement runs for 365 consecutive days beginning on the date it is installed after construction is complete.

Can the ads be replaced?

Yes. Placements are designed to be replaceable. A position may be removed or replaced after its 365-day term, subject to the Terms.

What's the difference between a perimeter unit and a tile unit?

Perimeter units are 2 ft × 1 ft. Tile units are 1 ft × 1 ft and run along one edge of the pool. Tiles are best for short wordmarks — they're visible in poolside and close-up footage but are not designed for aerial legibility.

Do all sponsors get their own video?

Title and Anchor sponsors receive a dedicated sponsor video within 90 days of installation. Perimeter sponsors appear in applicable build and reveal footage and the Founding Sponsor montage. Tile sponsors appear in poolside and close-up footage, the sponsor wall and the montage. Views are not guaranteed.

Will my logo appear on Google Maps?

We can't guarantee that any logo will appear on Google Maps. Title and Anchor positions are designed with aerial visibility in mind. Perimeter positions are only 2 ft × 1 ft, so their legibility depends on the imagery resolution and zoom level Google provides. We do not control third-party image capture, update schedules or display quality. Tile positions are not designed for aerial legibility.

Can competitors sponsor the pool?

Category exclusivity may be available for larger sponsorship packages.

Can my company pay by invoice, ACH or wire?

Yes. Pick a position and choose Request Invoice / ACH. The selected inventory is held for 48 hours and becomes sold only after the full payment clears.

How do I become a sponsor?

Pick an available position, review the delivery terms and pay the full price upfront by card, or request an invoice with ACH/wire instructions.

How much advertising inventory is there?

At the current listed prices, all 77 positions total $329,800.
